Lipoline D3 + K2

Vitamin K2 is a constituent present in fermented products and cheeses. Many people suffer from K2 deficiency. It has been proven that in nature the largest amount of K2 is found in a Japanese food called natto. Until recently, it was believed that the required daily dose of vitamin K2 was provided through microbiological biosynthesis by bacteria living in the intestines, but this turned out not to be enough. Its diminution can cause the weakening of bone strength and the inhibition of cell growth.

Vitamin D facilitates very-effective absorption of calcium. However, it can also have a negative effect on our body, as calcium can accumulate in coronary arteries, not in bones. Vitamin K2 helps the body to deposit calcium in the bones, where it is needed. It has also been proven that the safety of vitamin D also depends on vitamin K, and the toxicity of vitamin D (although it virtually does not occur in the D3 form) is caused by vitamin-K2 deficiency.
